Ecological stewardship goes beyond gardening, EcoStewards help support healthier habitats by participating in a variety of hands‑on fieldwork activities in Lincoln Park.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Removing nuisance weeds
- Planting wildflowers
- Collecting, cleaning, and sowing seeds
- Recording ecological data through BioBlitzes
Position Requirements
- No prior experience needed
- Closed-toed shoes required when volunteering
