Non-Private Permits

Maximum attendance includes any event guests, photographer(s), officiant(s), musicians, etc. above twenty (20) is prohibited for a regular non-private photography or event permit due to overcrowding and space limitations of the park.

The Lincoln Park Conservancy will provide you with use of the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool for one (1) or two (2) hour(s). The Lily Pool is open to the public at the time of your permit. You will need to work around, but not impede other visitors to the park during your permit. No other permits will be scheduled on the site’s calendar during this time.

Private Permits

Maximum attendees include any event guests, photographer(s), officiant(s), musicians, etc. and should not exceed thirty (30). Maximum attendees above twenty (20) are discouraged and above (30) are typically prohibited due to the space limitations of specific Lily Pool Park sites such as the Pavilion and Council Ring.

The Lincoln Park Conservancy will close the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool for you for one (1) or two (2) hour(s) for your private use. No other permits will be scheduled on the site’s calendar during this time.
