If you love Lincoln Park and want to get involved, even when you can’t be outside, our Events Committee could be perfect for you!
Our Events Committee helps plan and implement fundraising events for the Conservancy, most notably our annual Gala for Lincoln Park. Committee roles include helping solicit sponsors and auction items, assisting with marketing and publicizing the event, helping to sell tickets and tables, and assisting with décor planning and decorating.
The whole committee meets for one hour each month, with subcommittees often meeting for an additional hour each month. Meeting time commitment for committee members is around 2-4 hours per month, with additional time as necessary, especially in advance of the gala and other events.
