Earth Day in lincoln park

April 20 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am CDT

Join the Lincoln Park Conservancy on Earth Day as we give back to Chicago’s largest and most visited park!

On April 20th from 9am to 11am, we’ll host park cleanups in three locations:

  • South Lincoln Park with the Lincoln Park Conservancy and the Gold Coast Neighbors Association (meet at the Standing Lincoln monument, Just North of North Dearborn and North Avenue). Supplies including buckets, gloves, and litter grabbers provided. Chalk and bubbles will be provided for youth participants. Families are welcome; all family members must be registered to attend!
  • North Pond Nature Sanctuary with the Lincoln Park Conservancy (meet at the gazebo at Stockton and St. James). Supplies including buckets, gloves, and litter grabbers provided.
  • Margate Park with the Lincoln Park Conservancy and the Lakeside Area Neighbors Association (meet at Margate Park Fieldhouse, 4921 Marine Dr.). Supplies including buckets, gloves, and litter grabbers provided. Chalk and bubbles will be provided for youth participants. Families are welcome; all family members must be registered to attend!

Capacity will be capped to ensure impact across the Park. If your first choice of location is full, we encourage you to venture to an area you haven’t been before.

Stop by our information tables upon arrival to check-in and to learn more about the Lincoln Park Conservancy and our partners!

Electronic waiver must be signed for each participant to complete registration.
