Champions training (2)

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Lincoln Park Champions program!

Fifteen volunteers joined us on Saturday, August 15 for an in-person training to become Champions for North Pond. Our newly graduated Champions learned about what a healthy pond looks like, what we are doing to make North Pond healthy now and for the future, and what the public can do to help. Next time you’re in the Park look for a Champion in a green apron and ask them to share what they learned or look for their posts on various social media platforms.

To learn more about the project yourself or to volunteer, contact volunteer@lincolnparkconservancy.org.
