Lincoln: The Man Restoration Ribbon Cutting

In partnership with the Chicago Park District, the Lincoln Park Conservancy has supported the repair and restoration of Lincoln: The Man, a historically significant sculpture of our 16th president in Lincoln Park South. On the Fourth of July, for America’s 250th anniversary, we are partnering with the Chicago History Museum for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The ceremony starts at 10:00 AM and will feature notable speakers, including historians, Park District officials, and more. We encourage guests to stick around afterward for the Chicago History Museum’s July Fourth festivities.
